Prefer, in order: coverage of both requested lenses; then more specific supporting stations; then fewer broad connectors. A station may support both lenses but counts once as a specific station.

The strongest tier earns 100 points, then 75, 50 or 25 for lower distinct tiers. Tied strongest routes receive equal credit. Choose one route and commit once.
